I met K back in June and we clicked instantly. We met weekly for playdates with our boys.  I took her family photos for their Christmas cards.  This first photo of E captures him completely; he’s a cheeky little monkey.

My baby turned ONE!!!!

I met Heather and Leo through our midwives back in 2009. I was excited to find out she was expecting bambino number two when we moved back into the area. I love the lifestyle maternity photos of her, her son and her bump that I captured during her session at her home in Santa Monica.  The love between them and her pregnancy glow is what makes these photos so beautiful.

The A family was so much fun to photograph. Not only were they fun but they are such a sweet and beautiful family. Caden & River are hilarious and typical boys. I can’t forget cute little August. This is one of my favorite family sessions. The beach was the perfect location for them.

I met Will before he was born, through his older sister one of my son’s classmates at preschool. IWill was 3 weeks new when I photographed him in their beautiful home. He was alert and wide awake. He wanted nothing to do with sleeping. Though he did manage to close his eyes, but never stayed asleep.

I’ve known Suko for seven years now. I was so excited to hear she was going to be in my area and that she was expecting. I couldn’t wait to see her and take her bump photos! She is expecting a baby boy in September. Her session at the Santa Monica Pier is one of my favorite maternity sessions. The weather, lighting and colors were perfect!

The H family is one of our closest, dearest friends. Ironically, the hubby’s are both in the visual effects industry while Sarah and I are both photographers. This will be the last time I get to photograph them for a while, unfortunately, and that makes me sad. I always love photographing their gorgeous family.

Piper was 3 days old when I photographed her. I forgot how tiny newborns are! She was more interested in eating than having her photo taken. Cheeky lil monkey.
